Grilled Mushroom Medley 

Serves 8-10

1 pound baby Portobello (Portabella) mushrooms

1 pound button mushrooms

1 pound baby shiitake mushrooms

1 pound baby cremini mushrooms

Olive oil (for brushing)

6 cloves garlic minced

Salt and pepper (to taste)

  1. Place mushrooms on a baking sheet. Drizzle with oil. Sprinkle garlic. Season with salt and pepper. Toss well to coat.
  2. Thread mushrooms onto skewers. Arrange on hot, oiled grill grate. Grill for approximately 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally.
