White Chocolate Covered Strawberries

Serves 24

24 fresh whole strawberries (with stems)

8 ounces white chocolate (coarsely chopped)

 

  1. Gently wash strawberries (leaving on stems) and pat dry.
  2. Melt chocolate in a double boiler (or microwave). 
  3. Holding by stem, dip each strawberry in melted chocolate. Lift and twist slightly to allow excess chocolate to drip back into bowl. Place on a sheet pan covered with wax or parchment paper. Allow chocolate to cool and harden. Serving suggestions: Delicious as a garnish for cakes, parfaits, sundaes, or just as is for a decadent sweet treat!
