Chocolate Covered Marshmallows

Yields 2 dozen pieces

24 marshmallows (or see recipe: Homemade Marshmallows)

8 ounces dark chocolate (coarsely chopped)

 

  1. Melt chocolate in a double boiler (or microwave). Remove from heat and cool slightly. 
  2. Dip each marshmallow in melted chocolate, coating completely. Place on a sheet pan covered with wax or parchment paper. Allow chocolate to cool and harden.
